Orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days after cleared payment is received. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Shipping Carriers
Because batteries are classified as hazardous materials (DG goods), they cannot be shipped via standard courier services. We use specialized logistics channels to ensure safe and compliant transport.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
United States: Flat rate $7.80

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your package at 17track.net.
Shipping Protection
We offer Route Shipping Protection at checkout. For a small fee, your order is protected against loss, damage, or theft during transit. If any of these occur, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Simply check the box at checkout to add it. Learn more at route.com.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If you pay via PayPal, we will ship to the address registered in your PayPal account. You must also provide a valid phone number for delivery purposes.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not collect these fees and cannot predict what they may be. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
