Refund and Returns Policy

All our batteries are built to last and go through strict quality testing before shipment. However, due to the consumable nature of batteries and the impact of usage habits, we offer a 90-day warranty – which is standard in the industry.

Here’s our simple and fair policy:

🔋 90-Day Performance Warranty (Defective or Faulty Items)

If your battery fails due to a manufacturing defect within 90 days, we’ll work with you to find the best solution. Depending on the situation, here’s what we can do:

If you purchased Route Shipping Protection and your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, please file a claim directly with Route at https://route.com/ or use their app.

To start a warranty claim, simply email us at philzou@iytome.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or a video as proof

We’ll respond within 24 hours to sort everything out.

📦 7-Day Change of Mind Returns (Non-defective Items)

If you change your mind, you can return the battery within 7 days of delivery for a refund – as long as it’s unopened and in its original packaging.

  • We’ll refund the product cost, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund processing note: The 7 business days refer to the time we take to issue the refund from our end. Once issued, the time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider (e.g., PayPal or credit card issuer). For PayPal transactions, please refer to PayPal’s refund processing timelines in their user agreement.

⚠️ Important Note for Returns by Mail

Since batteries are classified as special or hazardous goods, please check with your local carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL) before returning to ensure they can ship batteries. We are not responsible for shipments refused by the carrier.

Return Address: After you contact us, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address based on your location and the specific product.
