Unlike standard Li-ion packs, LiFePO₄ offers superior safety, longer cycle life (2000+ cycles), and stable voltage output under load. ⚠️ Important — Check Your Connector Type Before Ordering: This battery uses an EL-6P plug. The same 9115/S912 models are also available with an SM-6P plug version — these are NOT interchangeable. Please remove your old battery and compare the connector with our product images before purchasing. If your original battery connector does NOT match the picture, this battery is NOT compatible with your device.
LiFePO₄ Advantage: LiFePO₄ batteries are safer than traditional Li-ion/Li-Po, resist thermal runaway, and last up to 4x longer (2000+ cycles vs 500 cycles). This 3S 9.6V pack delivers consistent power for high-performance RC cars.
Charging Instructions: Use ONLY a charger designed for 3S LiFePO₄ batteries (9.6V nominal). Do NOT use a standard Li-Po charger set to 11.1V — this will overcharge and damage the battery. Set charger to LiFePO₄ mode with 3S selected — full charge voltage is 10.95V (3.65V per cell). Recommended charge current: 0.8A (1C). Never leave the battery unattended while charging. Do not discharge below 7.5V (2.5V per cell).
Battery Care Tips: Avoid over-discharge — stop running your RC car when you notice reduced speed. LiFePO₄ batteries tolerate more abuse than Li-Po but still benefit from proper care. Allow the battery to cool before recharging. Store at 40-60% charge at room temperature. If the battery swells or becomes hot, stop use immediately.
